Panchakarma β The Five Sacred Karmas
"Pancha" means five. "Karma" means action. Panchakarma is Ayurveda's supreme purification system β a doctor-prescribed, clinically structured series of therapies that eliminate deep-rooted toxins (Ama), restore dosha balance, and reset the body's natural healing intelligence. This is not a massage. This is medicine.
At Dr. Alka's Sparsh, Panchakarma is performed only after a thorough clinical assessment β prescribed, sequenced, and supervised by Dr. Alka (BAMS) herself.

Vamana
Therapeutic Emesis
Medically induced cleansing of the upper GI tract. Removes excess Kapha and deep-rooted toxins from the stomach and lungs. Prescribed for respiratory disorders, obesity, skin conditions, and chronic Kapha imbalances.
Karma 02
Virechana
Therapeutic Purgation
Herbal-induced cleansing of the small intestine and Pitta organs β liver, gallbladder, digestive system. Highly effective for hormonal imbalances, skin diseases, PCOS, and inflammatory conditions in women.
Karma 03
Basti
Medicated Enema Therapy
The most powerful of all five Karmas β medicated oils and herbal decoctions administered to the colon. Balances Vata dosha completely. Transformative for joint disorders, neurological conditions, and lower back issues.

Nasyam
Nasal Cleansing Therapy
